The host is responsible for food and drinks, tables and chairs. Those items will not be provided by Color Me Happy.
If a custom design is requested, the final design must be agreed upon at least 5 days prior to the party.
Below are the current rates for parties:
I request a $50 deposit for most events to reserve the date and time. Payment may be made via credit card, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo.
Parties canceled within 1 week of the event date are not eligible for a refund but can apply the deposit to another party if it is held within two months of your originally scheduled party date (availability permitting). Same day cancellation is subject to no refund, no credit, and no reschedule.
There is no travel charge for parties within 25 miles from College Park MD (20740). For parties outside of this range, there will be a $1 per mile charge. (Ex: 30 miles = $30 travel fee)
The paint party instruction is for two hours. However, if the party guests wish to stay longer, there will be a $20 charge for each ½ hour of additional time.
Final payment, less the $50 deposit, is due at the end of the paint party and can be paid via Cash, Square Mobile Credit Card Payment, PayPal, Cash App or Venmo.
It is understood and agreed that I, the host, will abide by the Color Me Happy Party Policies set forth herein and further that I will assume responsibility for any and all hazards and liability of any kind or nature and hereby waive, release and hold harmless Color Me Happy, its affiliates, and other participants from and against any and all claims, injuries, liabilities or damages arising out of or related to participation in the Color Me Happy Mobile Art Event.
